Get free shipping to Australia and New Zealand on all orders over $70. We charge $5 for standard AusPost shipping under $70.


We offer AusPost Express shipping for $10 or free express on orders over $150.


Orders will be shipped via Australia Post. All deliveries are 100% carbon neutral and packaged in fully compostable satchels. 


Within Perth, postage should take around 1-3 business days after despatch. For rural WA and interstate areas, postage will take around 3-7 business days. Please note these times are estimates and will vary depending on location.

We offer worldwide shipping free DHL Express shipping for orders over $250 AUD.


International orders will be shipped via DHL Express or Australia Post. Customers will have a choice of choosing the shipping company at the checkout.


DHL Express orders will be delivered within 3-8 business days. Australia Post international orders will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Please note these times are estimates and will vary depending on location.

Refunds & exchanges

A request for an exchange or return, must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused.

Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject to the availability of garments at the time at which the return is received for processing. 


There is a limit of 2 exchanges per transaction.

Customers are to cover the cost of return postage unless your items are deemed faulty.

If requesting a credit, once we receive and inspect your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have accepted or reject your returned item and details about your credit.If requesting an exchange, the requested item must be in stock. Once we receive your item we will send out your new item and send a confirmation email with your new tracking details.

If your item is faulty or damaged in anyway when received, please send us an email at and we will refund or exchange it for you if it is within 14 days.
