Saint Paradiso Beach Day Starter Kit Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
• Entry into the Saint Paradiso Beach Day Starter Kit Giveaway is open to all individuals worldwide.
• Participants outside of Australia may be responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with receiving the prize.
2. How to Enter
• Entry into the giveaway is available through the sign-up form accessible via the pop-up on the Saint Paradiso website (https://saintparadiso.com/).
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries or sign-ups under multiple email addresses by a single person will result in disqualification.
3. Giveaway Period
• The giveaway opens on November 21st and closes on December 2nd at 11:59 PM (AWST). Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
4. Prize
• The giveaway prize includes:
• An unreleased Saint Paradiso cap worth $45,
• A Hommey Beach Towel worth $89, and
• Standard Procedure Sunscreen worth $29.
• All items are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
• Prizes must be accepted as awarded. If any part of the prize is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of Saint Paradiso, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar item of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on December 3rd.
• The winner will be contacted via the email provided during sign-up. If we do not receive a response within 72 hours of the initial notification, Saint Paradiso reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
• By entering the giveaway, you consent to Saint Paradiso collecting and processing your personal information for the purposes of administering the giveaway.

7. Liability
• Saint Paradiso will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs as a result of accepting or using the prize, except where this is due to Saint Paradiso’s negligence.
• Participants outside of Australia acknowledge they may be required to pay customs fees or import taxes to claim the prize, and Saint Paradiso is not responsible for these charges.
• Participants agree to release Saint Paradiso from any liability related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages arising from the giveaway.
8. Governing Law
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.
