Will the Stretch Sets be available for the sale?

Yes! The Stretch Sets will be available during our Mid-Year Sale and will be back in stock until sold out. After that, they’ll move to preorder. Make sure to place your order early to secure your size!

What size should I get for the Stretch Flares and Stretch Tees?

We recommend referring to the detailed size charts and garment diagrams shown in the product page. The visuals include both flat-lay measurements and conversion sizes across AU, UK, US, and EU standards.

When will my preorder item ship?

Preorder items will be shipped within 7-21 business days. If you place an order with in-stock items and preorder items in the same order but would like your in-stock items shipped right away, please reach out to our team and we'll be happy to assist.

Can I make changes to my preorder?

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet.

Will I be notified before my preorder ships?

Yes! You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Can I split my order if some items are on preorder?

Yes! We can ship your available items first and send the preorder items once they're in stock.

Returns & cancellations

We hope to make your online store experience as delightful as possible. We encourage conscious shopping so please shop mindfully to ensure you receive the item/size you want.

 

If you have questions regarding a product please ensure you've checked our size chart, then you can reach out before purchasing and we will assist you.

 

Please take care when trying on your items as we will not accept returns if the item is damaged in any way (including makeup stains, perfume, animal hair, ironing marks, steamer stains, hair product residue).

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase we offer returns in the form of exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds unless your item is faulty or damaged when received.

 

A request for an exchange or return, must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order, as per your order tracking. We reserve the right to refuse your return if outside this window of time.

All accessories are Final Sale, we will not accept returns on socks, hair clips or mini totes or any other accessory item.

Items purchased on Sale (discounted from full sale price) are NOT eligible for Returns.

EXCHANGING SIZE

If you need to exchange your order for another size please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order, as per your order tracking and we will advise you.

 

If requesting an exchange, the requested item must be in stock. Once we receive your item we will send out your new item and send a confirmation email with your new tracking details. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.

 

STORE CREDIT

If requesting a credit, once we receive and inspect your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have accepted or rejected your returned item and details about your credit.

Can I exchange my items?

Can I return or exchange a used item?

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for used items. Items must be in original, unused condition.

Note: If you purchased shipping insurance at checkout, your claim will be prioritized and resolved faster and more smoothly, with access to additional protection and support. We highly recommend adding shipping insurance for peace of mind on all orders.
