How to measure

Lay the garment flat and unstretched. Measure waist width across the top and hip width 10 cm below the top of the waist. Measure centre-front, longer-side and shorter-side lengths separately from the top of the waist to the corresponding hem. Side names describe length, not the left or right of the illustration.

  1. Choose a similar garment

    Use a garment you own that fits the way you like.

  2. Lay it flat

    Smooth it gently without stretching. Keep any waistband unfolded and fasten closures.

  3. Measure the indicated points

    Use the diagrams above. Keep the tape flat and measure widths across one side only. Do not double them.
